ENTRANCE DOORS

The entrance door reflects the value of each house. Choosing the right door must be done carefully and must be focused on quality and safety.

BBI Construct offers a wide range of entrance doors that fit any building style. The door can be fitted with both tempered or decorative glass and with a wide variety of PVC or HPL ornamental panels.

The insulation profile system are specially designed for buildings with interior insulation. They can be used both in new construction projects and in renovations.

Windows with insulation profile meet all the technical, aesthetic, acoustic and thermal requirements in the industry.

CHARACTERISTICS :

Profile

  • Class A profile (3 mm thick outer wall) that give the window a better stability, durability and a better heat and acoustic insulation.
  • 5 chamber system.
  • Base depth of: 70mm.
  • Uf=1,3W/m2
  • Perimetal zinc coated aluminium reinforcement: 1.5mm – 3mm or the equivalent.

Glass

  • Double glassing 24 mm Ug=1,1W/m2
  • Optional triple glassing 36 mm Ug=0,8W/m2.
  • Standard aluminium glass spacer.
  • Optional Warm Edge glass spacer.

Ironware

  • Winkhaus ActivePilot which gives the window high sealing and safety levels.
  • Standard : anti-mishandling, controlled ventilation
  • Optional: WK1 or WK2 safety systems.

Gaskets

  • EPDM which gives the windows a high level of endurance against wind, rain and dust.
  • 2 sealing gaskets.
  • Available in 3 colors ( grey, black or caramel ) depending on the color of the profiles

Glassing beads

  • 2 possibilities: straight and rounded.

Handles

  • Hoppe Secustik.
  • Standard colors : white or brown.

Windows with renovation profiles are easily installed while keeping the existing frame. This type of profiles are used in building renovations, avoiding the deterioration of the facade of the building.

The 5 chamber renovation profiles ensure an optimal thermal insulation. Optimedia offers a range of renovation profiles with 17, 30, 35, 40 and 65 mm wings.

Lift Sliding System is the ideal solution for making large glass surfaces that allow a high degree of brightness. Slide by lifting technology ensures high stability and easy Function.

Slip HST – is a modern design solution for achieving large glass surfaces that allow a high degree of penetration of light. Technology “lift and slide” provides stability and ease of operation. The doors are mounted on two sliding rails that allow a clear opening overflow against each other. Door width up to 2.5 m and 2.3 m passage. This construction can be used for the glass surface, to 11,5m2.

With PVC lift and slide system Veka Slide, BBI Construct bay window offers a high quality. This is certainly a major change compared to traditional systems. Indeed, the design and manufacture of Veka Slide can allow large widths, it is possible to imagine various combinations as needed.
