Wall thermo insulating panel – hidden joining

 IsoPer A panel is recommended for industrial and commercial buildings designed for highly aesthetic purposes. In hidden joining walls, the endings of joining frames are hidden  and the horizontally fitted sections are provided with expansion joints.

  1. Pre-varnished zinc-plated sheet, pursuant to EN 10346 , EN 10143 si EN and  EN 10169-1.Standard, plisse, lis micro profiling.
  2. The core: PUR or PIR polyurethane foam (harmless and non-injurious ).
  3. Sealing pad: gives good thermo insulation and joint sealing.
  4. Collared drywall screw and EPDM pad.
  5. Padded cap

    Standard panel length ranges between  2 and 13.5 m. Panels up to a  maximum 15m length or shorter than 2m can be manufactured only by previously consulting  the technical department.

Wall thermo insulating panel – freezing chambers

IsoFrig panels are designed for applications  with temperatures ranging from -40 °C to  0°C.
Ranges of use: freezing and refrigerating chambers, food processing, applications with strict hygienic conditions.

  1. FI zinc-plated sheet panel pursuant to EN 10346 , EN 10143 si EN 10169-1 provided with the following  finishings : PES 15-25 microns, ester lacquer finish, PVC food foil, other alternatives (PVDF, etc). Micro profiling: STANDAD, LIS.
  2. FE panels with the following finishings: PES: 15-25 microns, ester lacquer finish, PVC food foil, other alternatives (PVDF, etc).
  1. The core: PUR and PIR polyurethane foam (harmless and non-injurious ).

Sealing of panel joining:
– fitting  provides thermo insulation  ;
– freezing chambers and storing freezing chambers requirements fully met.

    2. Sealing pad: gives good thermo insulation and joint sealing.
    3. Collared drywall screw and EPDM pad.
    4. Panel for 7% down-grade roofs (maximum down-grade as specified in the project).
    5. Padded cap
